We are proud of our unique approach to foster home licensing.  Foster and adoptive parents are treated as members of a professional team at MFCAA, with the dignity and respect they deserve.

We are a small agency dedicated to personalized service, excellent communication, and responsiveness.  We have foster/adoptive parents with decades of experience on staff, ready and able to assist you with any issues that arise.  We will guide and support you step-by-step through the entire process of becoming a foster parent and caring for kids in foster care.  We also offer numerous support services, including mentoring by experienced foster parents, advocacy, and in-service trainings, all provided free of charge. Currently we are only licensing foster/adoptive homes in Jackson and Clay Counties in Missouri and those willing to accept sibling groups, children 12 years and older or children with special behavioral or medical needs.
