PLEASE READ: MFCAA Membership is free, and all of our services are available free of charge to our members. To qualify for membership, you must have adoptive, foster or kinship placement children in your home (or be actively awaiting placement of foster children). If you are interested in becoming a foster/adoptive parent, please give us a call (816-350-0215). We would love to provide you with more information about caring for these special children.
